Architecture & hands-on engineering

Complex software.Clear next steps.

We help founders and technical leaders assess systems, implement complex software, and prototype product ideas.

What we do

A decision to make.
Something to build.

Our work spans software architecture, distributed systems, cloud infrastructure, platform engineering, and blockchain.

Software implementation

For a new service, an integration, or a change to an existing system, we turn a defined task into working software.

What you getTested software and the documentation to use and maintain it.

Architecture assessments

When a system is hard to change or a major technical decision is approaching, an assessment helps you choose where to invest.

What you getWritten findings, options with trade-offs, and a recommendation with clear priorities.

Product prototyping

Test whether the technical approach behind your product idea works before committing to full development.

What you getA working prototype and findings to guide the next development step.

Selected experience / Alliance Games

Multiplayer games.
Across independent nodes.

At Alliance Games, the two of us designed, built, and deployed a multiplayer backend that ran game logic on independently operated nodes.

Consider a player submitting a move just as a turn times out. Every node in that session needs to agree on which event takes effect. We designed the coordination and validation around decisions like these.

Stage reached
Public mainnet, with first-party games demonstrating the platform while we sought external game projects to adopt it.
Technologies used
  • TypeScript / Node.js
  • C# / Unity
  • React / Vite
  • Docker
  • Redis
  • WebSockets
  • Chromia / Rell
  • PostgreSQL

Simplified session flow: game execution on hosting nodes, with the session proof submitted to the blockchain.

Game deployment and hosting

Uploaded game code was packaged into Docker images, checked for startup health, and distributed to nodes. Node software managed sessions, player connections, and version cleanup.

Developer and operator tools

Unity integration and matchmaking connected games to the network. A management dashboard supported deployments and nodes; the arcade provided player profiles, leaderboards, and rewards.

Working together

Clear responsibility.
Hands-on delivery.

Work with us on a specific project or bring us into your team for ongoing engineering support.

An agreed scope

Before work starts, we agree on the scope, expected results, and responsibilities. An assessment can clarify the technical approach before implementation begins.

Work that fits your team

We can deliver independently or work within your team’s development workflow. Technical discussions and implementation stay with the same engineers.

Reviews and handover

Review working software and findings with us as the project progresses. At handover, you receive the code, technical documentation, and instructions for running and maintaining the software.

About us

Work directly with the founders.

Our collaboration began at university. Since then, each of us has gained over ten years of professional software engineering experience.

We know what it takes to build products from the ground up and continue developing them over time. We bring this experience from our work together on our own project and our previous roles as Principal Software Engineers.

Let’s talk
